Co-founder Brett Lynch moved to Los Angeles in 2008 with his girlfriend Nicole after graduating with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from the University of Iowa. He interned with professional photographer David A. Knudsen (of DAKshots), organizing ten years worth of photos. Soon he took on several freelance design gigs, including an investment package for an independent film and a custom Flash Website for makeup artist Dawn Shand Johnson. In 2009, Brett began working with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in corporate web development. While there, Brett helped change the scope of the company’s online education programs by providing solutions such as an advanced custom Flash/Flex video player, video streaming, and a completely redesigned website, resulting in a significant increase in AFAA’s online revenue. Other freelance projects include: a proof of concept Flash website for Marco Garcia’s film The Ocean Black; a Flash mini-site for the IT consulting firm DTZ Consulting; an HTML5 voice-over portfolio site for actor Bryce Johnson; and an investment pitch package for the mockumentary Wreckless Epic.

Customized WordPress site for boutique film and video production company
RD Motion Pictures is a film and video production company based out of Los Angeles that specializes in creating online marketing videos, as well as independent feature films.
The website instantly engages visitors with its unique home page video gallery, and then further exhibits the company's work using photos, video, a blog, and social media integration.
Custom HTML site for a Family Medicine Physician
Dr. Yoshi Rahm's practice combines the best of "old fashioned" care with the modern resources of today. He wanted his site, like his office, to be a tranquil, stress-free environment for his patients.
His website houses all the information needed for current and future patients to explore and connect with his practice in a clean, professional atmosphere.
Custom Flash site, proof of concept for an indie film
Director Marco Garcia asked for a creative Flash website to house the proof of concept video for his upcoming feature The Ocean Black.
His concept was to incorporate the elevator set piece used in his six minute video as the backdrop of the site, with the elevator buttons as navigation and the doors as a sort of curtain, opening to reveal the various facets of the site.
Corporate HTML website for IT consulting group, DTZ Consulting
DTZ Consulting is a Southern California-based computer and network group, specializing in IT solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, especially in the field of dentistry.
We designed the site to have a clean, professional appearance that would also complement the fibre optic cable logo we had previously created for the client.
Custom PHP website for local bike shop
Izzy Cycles is a small, family-owned and rider operated bike shop in La Crescenta, CA. It’s named after Izzy, owner Bobby Archer’s beloved dog.
The client wanted a modern site, with a clean design, a new logo, and contact information easily accessible from any point throughout the site. Additionally, the client wanted customers to be able to login and post rides and photos.
Custom HTML5 site for actor and voice over professional Bryce Johnson
eyeseethree designed a modern HTML5 and CSS3 website to display voice over professional Bryce Johnson’s work, biography, and contact information.
The site can be navigated quickly and easily by casting agents and potential clients, and showcases Bryce’s diverse talents with audio players, downloadable reels, and visual references to his wide variety of projects. And as Bryce is also an actor, the site includes a mini photo gallery, acting reel, and link to his IMDB page.
Custom Flash portfolio website for make-up artist Dawn Shand Johnson
Make-up artist Dawn Shand Johnson was in need of a new, more effective online portfolio to exhibit her work. She wanted a clean, modern design and larger photos of her work.
Brett created for Dawn a completely custom Flash site in AS2. In addition to including her resume, bio and contact details, the site features dozens of photos of her work, which took heavy amounts of photo restoration and manipulation.
Actor James Madio approached eyeseethree to create his new official website to showcase his past work, current and upcoming projects, and connect him with his fans online. He wanted something simple and elegant that he could update with his latest news, photos, videos, and projects.
We chose a customized WordPress solution due to its expandability and easy content management system. While the site is packed full of media and exclusive content for fans, its navigation is intuitive for busy casting directors to find information quickly.
James’ site project included creating custom logos, touching up photos, writing content, and customizing the WordPress site itself.
Official website for an educational independent film
The director/producer of "Dalton Trumbo's Johnny Got His Gun" requested we build the official website for his independent film. The site was part of an all-inclusive package of marketing materials for his "live on stage" adaptation of Dalton Trumbo's classic anti-war novel. The film was made to be an educational supplement for high school classes studying the book and given a small national theatrical release through Truly Indie.
The film’s serious themes and intended educational audience were translated to the overall feel of the website. Like the film, it is simple in its design and direct in its purpose–to provide information about, market, and connect educators to the unique project.
The film was shot on a black box theater stage with only a bench, a chair, and a single actor. Its website takes advantage of some of the film’s beautiful imagery, as well as its trailer, ‘making of’ featurette, and a section of its filmed discussion guide, all of which we created for the film. It is also jam-packed with information, press materials, reviews, interviews and photos, all presented in a minimalist setting.
Custom HTML site for actor and voice-over professional Rowan Joseph
Actor and voice over professional Rowan Joseph requested a simple, affordable, and professional website to feature his voice over work to potential clients and casting agents.
To make it as easy as possible to navigate, eyeseethree created a single-page website, with a stylized Flash audio player to showcase more than a dozen commercials, narrations, and reels, as well as downloadable MP3 files.
Official website of actor Craig DiFrancia
For the redesign of his website, actor Craig DiFrancia wanted to include full-screen photo backgrounds, a categorized photo gallery, pages for his bio, filmography and poetry, easy Twitter integration, and several videos.
Craig also wanted the option of making periodic updates to his site by himself, so together we decided to use WordPress for its easy content management system. In the creation of the site, eyeseethree customized a WordPress theme, and also provided content editing, photo retouching, and logo design.
To go along with its new website, Izzy Cycles wanted a new logo. It had to be something modern that would also reflect the heart and soul of the shop.
In his logo design, Brett incorporated Izzy, the beloved adopted dog for whom the shop is named, as well as a customized font with 'Cycles' in a bold red.
For the business cards we also stylized a photo of Izzy Cycles' owner Bobby Archer that he wanted featured on the back.
The director/producer of Dalton Trumbo's Johnny Got His Gun asked for an all-inclusive package of marketing materials for his "live on stage, on film" adaptation of Dalton Trumbo's classic anti-war novel. The indie film was made on an ultra low budget and given a small national theatrical release through Truly Indie.
Marketing pieces were created to match the his vision for the piece – understated, timeless, and captivating. The film was made to be an educational supplement for high school classes studying the book. It was shot on a black box theater stage with only a bench, a chair, and a single actor. There are no Hollywood tricks or frills; the text and performance alone give the film its emotional power.
We worked with the director to create the logo, poster image, and tagline, "The body of war. The heart of a man." He wanted to combine the film's setting (WWI) with the character's innocence, isolation, and noble sacrifice. As in the film itself, the poster has a stark, minimalist feel, and features the actor's expressive eyes as its focal point.
Even though the marketing campaign budget for the theatrical tour was small, each city had specific print materials (posters, postcards, and newspaper ads), as well as publicity, including newspaper articles, radio interviews, and even local TV.
Digital elements made for the campaign include the film's official website, its trailer, and marketing emails.
After the theatrical tour, we continued to brand the film by designing its DVD packaging and making a special 'making-of' featurette, entitled "Johnny Got His Gun Marches On".
Theatre A Go-Go, Inc., a nationally touring professional theatre production company, needed logos for both the company itself, and its star touring production, The Queen of Bingo.
We designed a pair of tickets in a bold red for the TAGG logo. It’s simple enough to be read easily, even when printed small and in black and white on a local theater playbill.
The Queen of Bingo required something fun, bright, and Bingo-themed that would give theater patrons a quick snapshot of the show. To accomplish this we framed the two lead (male) actors (who play two middle-aged sisters in the show) within a bright pink Bingo ball, then added the show’s title, tagline, and an inspirational "B1" ball.
The Falcon Theatre, owned by famed Director/Producer/Writer/Actor Garry Marshall, is a beautiful intimate live theatre in Burbank, CA. The 130-seat space has presented many shows over the years, often starring celebrity actors, including world premieres and excellent children’s programming.
During his six years as Marketing/PR Director at the Falcon Theatre in Burbank, CA, eyeseethree co-founder Wesley Horton created all of the marketing materials for dozens of plays, variety shows, and other live theatre events. Work included creating logos, writing copy, designing graphics and layout, ordering print materials and ads, and coordinating distribution of all the items.
From postcards to posters, season brochures to playbills, and newspaper ads to outdoor banners, Wesley made hundreds of printed materials, crafting them from concept all the way to the printers.
